Welcome to the Little Black Book. Here you can get information on loads of different people and services that can help you with the problems that are talked about in "Trippin". All of these services are free (unless stated otherwise) and confidential.

There are two ways that you find out about them:

• You can go into the "What's Going On" part of "Trippin". This section talks about heaps of different problems that young people experience. Each problem has its own help button and when you click on it only the services from the "Little Black Book" that work with that problem come up. This will mean you find the right help more quickly.

• Or you can flick throught the contents of "The Little Black Book" and read about all of the services that are available.
