When people are overstressed they can also act differently. They might drink or use drugs really heavily or get irrational or aggro over nothing. They might start to slack people off or even avoid their friends all together. It's not a good idea to let stress get too big or go on too long because it can lead to problems like depression, alcohol or drug problems, anxiety, psychosis, and relationship hassles.
